Who we are
Marlborough Road Methodist church is one of two Methodist churches in St Albans under the pastoral care of Revd Daniel Yovan. Along with Hatfield Road Methodist church situated about a mile from the city centre in Fleetville, both churches come together forming the St Albans Section. The section also includes a community house in Salisbury Village on the edge of Hatfield where Deacon Nigel Perrott ministers to the local community.

Minister
Rev Daniel is St Albans Methodist Minister having pastoral care of both Marlborough Road Methodist Church and Hatfield Road Methodist Church.

Deacon Nigel Perrott
Minister
Nigel is a Community Minister and works across St Albans in both Methodist Churches and at Cornerstone House in Salisbury Village, Hatfield. Nigel spends his time at the Toddler Group at Marlborough Road and can be often found out in the community drinking coffee and eating chocolate, two of his favourite things.

Maggie Dodd
Anna Chaplaincy Lead
Maggie works as an ecumenical older people’s Anna Chaplain. She leads care home worship, visits the elderly and coordinates the local Anna Chaplaincy Team. Maggie works with many different churches across the local area as well as supporting ministry at both St Albans Methodist churches.

SENIOR STEWARD
Ann leads a friendly team of stewards at Marlborough Road, supporting worship and pastoral care in the church community.

Rona supports the work of the church council and maintains the Facebook and Twitter accounts for the church.
