Worship with us
Being in the centre of a city brings its challenges and its opportunities. As a result, our mission and ministry are constantly changing. Although our worship is structured on the basis of traditional Methodist worship, each Sunday is different. We cherish our past, we exercise our faith in the realities of the present age.
Sunday services
We gather regularly for worship, with our main Sunday service taking place at 10.30am. The weekly pattern of services are as follows*:
1st SUNDAY Morning Worship followed by Sunday Soup Lunch
2nd SUNDAY Morning Worship with Communion
3rd SUNDAY Morning Worship
4th SUNDAY All-Age Worship
5th SUNDAY Morning Worship
There is a children’s area in church with activities to keep little ones happy.
* in June, Communion with be on the first Sunday instead of the second Sunday of the month.
MRMC Covid Guidelines: Although there are now no statutory Coronavirus regulations, we do ask everyone to be mindful of the needs of others and take reasonable precautions. Covid-19 is still with us and a concern.
